2. Account Requirements

To access seller features, you must:

Provide accurate company information
Maintain an active email address
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Represent a legitimate business entity in the manufacturing equipment industry

3. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on the Albus platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date equipment information
Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
Honor quoted prices and specifications
Maintain professional communication with buyers and the Albus team
Notify Albus of any changes to your business status or contact information

4. Lead Management

Albus provides sellers with access to buyer project leads. Sellers acknowledge that:

Leads are provided on an as-is basis
Albus does not guarantee any specific number or quality of leads
Sellers may not share or redistribute lead information to third parties
All buyer information must be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws

5. Analytics and Data

Albus provides analytics and insights to help sellers optimize their presence. All data and analytics remain the property of Albus and may not be used for purposes outside the platform without written consent.

6. Prohibited Activities

Sellers are prohibited from:

Misrepresenting equipment specifications, pricing, or availability
Spamming or harassing buyers
Attempting to circumvent the platform to avoid fees or obligations
Using automated systems to scrape or collect buyer data
Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their company information, logos, and equipment specifications. By uploading content to Albus, sellers grant Albus a non-exclusive license to display and distribute this information to buyers on the platform.

8. Fees and Payments

Albus reserves the right to introduce fees for seller services in the future. Sellers will be notified at least 30 days before any fees take effect and may choose to discontinue their seller account if they do not agree to the new terms.

9. Termination

Albus may suspend or terminate seller access at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct that Albus deems harmful to the platform or its users. Sellers may terminate their account at any time by contacting Albus support.

10. Limitation of Liability

Albus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of seller features. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the seller in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

Albus may update these Terms from time to time. Sellers will be notified of material changes and may be required to accept updated Terms to continue using seller features.
